Practical information
Where:
This is an online session accessible via a personal invitation, which attendees will receive via email after booking.

When:
The session runs from 1 PM to 4 PM local New York time. Please refer to the online calendar for additional upcoming dates. You can book up to 180 days in advance.

Duration:
The session lasts 3 hours, including two 5-minute breaks scheduled in between.

Preparation:
No obligatory pre-session preparation is required. However, we recommend you take the Personal AI Insights Survey to measure your progress. We kindly ask you to join the session 5 minutes early in case you encounter any connection issues.

How:
Approximately 70% of the session will consist of explanations, with the remaining time dedicated to interactive activities.
